How I Work

I'm an accredited psychotherapist and executive mindset coach with a background in clinical psychology. What that means in practice is that I don't just help you talk about how you feel, I help you understand why you feel that way, where those patterns started and how to change them at the root.

My approach is integrative, drawing on counselling, CBT, IFS, coaching, and somatic techniques depending on what you need. But the thread that runs through everything is depth.

I'm not interested in surface-level coping strategies or positive affirmations. I go deep into the operating system that's driving your thoughts, emotions and behaviour, because that's where lasting change actually happens.

Because I also work as an executive coach, I understand the world you operate in. The weight of constant decision-making. The loneliness of leadership. The pressure to perform when you're running on empty.

You won't need to explain your context to me, I already speak your language. And you don't have to choose between therapy or coaching. You get both.

Therapy Programme

I work in focused therapeutic programmes rather than open-ended weekly sessions. This is intentional. Real psychological change doesn't happen from occasional check-ins, it happens when you commit to a structured process with clear depth and momentum.

Your programme includes:

  • 12 sessions over 4 months (3 sessions per month)
  • 60-minute sessions, held online via Zoom
  • A consistent, protected space designed around your schedule

Three sessions per month gives us enough frequency to build real momentum and go deeper, but also gives you time to implement the techniques.

Nicola Hladky

I hold an MSc in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and advanced qualifications in Integrative Counselling, CBT, Hypnotherapy and NLP. I'm an EMCC-accredited High Performance Coach and A Certified ADHD Coach

I've worked clinically and as a coach across the UK, Europe and the UAE, including with organisations such as the NHS, Metropolitan Police, Deloitte and KPMG.

I bring all of that into the therapy room giving a unique blend of solution focused coaching, I understand what it takes to change the patterns underneath.

Who is this programme for? +

How is this different from regular therapy? +
I combine clinical psychotherapy with executive coaching. That means we go deep into the psychological patterns driving your behaviour, but we also work practically on how you lead, make decisions and operate under pressure. You don't have to choose between therapy or coaching — you get both. And because I understand the world of high-performance leadership, you won't need to spend sessions explaining your context.
Why 3 sessions per month instead of weekly? +
Three sessions per month gives us enough frequency to build real momentum and go deeper than surface-level conversation. The last week of the month is an implemnetation week where you can embed what we have discussed. You'll have enough space between sessions to process and implement, without losing the thread of the work we're doing together.
Why a 4-month programme and not open-ended? +
Structured programmes create commitment and momentum. Open-ended therapy can drift. Four months gives us enough time to identify your core patterns, do the deep work to shift them and build sustainable change. It's focused, intentional, and designed to produce real results — not dependency on a therapist.
Where do sessions take place? +
All sessions are online via zoom. This allows for maximum flexibility and ensures you can access support regardless of your location. I work with clients across the UK, Europe, and the UAE.
