How I Work

I'm an accredited psychotherapist and executive mindset coach with an MSc in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and qualifications in CBT, IFS, hypnotherapy, NLP, trauma-focused EMDR and stress management techniques. I've worked with organisations including the NHS, Metropolitan Police, Deloitte and KPMG.

What that means in practice: I don't just help you set goals. I help you understand why you keep getting in your own way, where those patterns started, and how to change them for good.

Because I hold both a clinical background and an executive coaching qualification, you get something most coaches can't offer. Psychological depth and practical strategy in the same room. You don't have to choose between the two.

I work in structured coaching programmes rather than open-ended weekly sessions. Real change requires momentum and commitment, not occasional check-ins.

Your programme includes:

  • 6 sessions over 3 months (2 sessions per month)
  • 60-minute sessions held online via Zoom
  • Two integration weeks per month to process and embed the work
  • A consistent, protected space built around your schedule

Two sessions per month gives you space to implement and embed the work between sessions, because real change happens in the spaces in between, not just in the room.

Nicola Hladky

I hold an MSc in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and advanced qualifications in Integrative Counselling, CBT, Hypnotherapy and NLP. I'm an EMCC-accredited High Performance Coach and a Certified ADHD Coach.

I've worked clinically and as a coach across the UK, Europe and the UAE, including with organisations such as the NHS, Metropolitan Police, Deloitte and KPMG.

I bring all of that into every coaching engagement, giving clients a unique blend of psychological depth and practical, performance-focused strategy.

Who is this programme for?+
This programme is for founders, CEOs, senior leaders and ambitious professionals who are high-performing but privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome or a sense that something needs to change. If you're functioning well on the outside but not feeling it on the inside, this is designed for you.
How is this different from regular coaching?+
Most coaches work at the level of strategy and behaviour. I go deeper. Because I'm also a trained psychotherapist, I can help you understand the psychological patterns underneath your habits, decisions and blocks. That's where lasting change actually happens. You get clinical depth and practical coaching in the same room.
Why a structured programme and not open-ended sessions?+
Structured programmes create commitment and momentum. Open-ended coaching can drift. Three months gives us enough time to identify what's holding you back, do the work to shift it and build something sustainable. It's focused and intentional.
Where do sessions take place?+
All sessions are online via Zoom. This allows for maximum flexibility regardless of your location or schedule. I work with clients across the UK, Europe and the UAE.
