Do I need to be leading a team to join? +
No. This works whether you are leading a team of fifty or leading yourself into your next level. The internal work is the same either way.
How much time do I need each week? +
The fortnightly sessions are 90 minutes. Weekly audio drops are 20 to 30 minutes, designed for a commute, a walk, or downtime. Peer pods are self-organised around your calendar. It is built to fit around a demanding schedule.
I have done coaching before. How is this different? +
Most coaching works at the level of behaviour and strategy. This goes underneath, to the identity, the belief patterns that are quietly running everything. You have probably already changed what you do multiple times. This changes how you lead. That is a different thing entirely.
