I’m Nicola Hladky an Executive Mindset & Leadership Coach and accredited psychotherapist.

I help founders, executives and ambitious leaders step out of high-functioning overwhelm and into calm, confident and sustainable success.

My approach blends psychology with performance coaching so we’re not just focusing on strategy, we’re also addressing the deeper patterns that hold you back: from self-doubt and overthinking to stress and burnout.

This unique combination gives you both practical, results driven tools and the insight and depth required for lasting transformation.
