How I Work

I'm an NCPS registered psychotherapist with an MSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy. I've worked clinically across the NHS, Metropolitan Police, Deloitte and KPMG.

I don't just help you talk about how you feel. I help you understand why you think and behave the way you do, where it started, and how to shift it.

The work is solution-focused. You leave with a genuine understanding of your own thinking and behaviour, and practical tools to build the kind of resilience and mental fitness that holds under pressure.

My approach is integrative. I draw on CBT, EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, hypnotherapy and NLP. I use what's right for you, not a fixed model.

Who is this for?+

How is this different from regular therapy?+
My approach combines clinical psychotherapy with coaching and solution-focused techniques. You get the emotional depth of therapy and the forward momentum of coaching in the same space, and you leave with practical tools, not just insight.
What is integrative psychotherapy?+
Integrative psychotherapy draws on multiple evidence-based approaches rather than a single fixed model: CBT, IFS, somatic therapy, EMDR, hypnotherapy. It selects what each individual actually needs. More flexible, more personalised, and often more effective than a one-size-fits-all approach.
How do I find an accredited psychotherapist online in the UK?+
Look for a therapist accredited with NCPS, BPS or BACP and listed on a verified directory like the Counselling Directory.
