With most coaching, something difficult happens and you're on your own for another ten days. The anxiety spikes at 10pm on a Tuesday and there's nobody there.

That's not how this works. You have direct WhatsApp access between sessions, so you deal with what comes up when it actually happens.

To ensure the work stays genuinely personal, I work with a maximum of 12 clients at a time.

Most coaches offer strategy without understanding what's driving the problem underneath. I combine clinical psychotherapy with executive coaching to address the root cause of burnout and anxiety, not just the symptoms. You also have direct WhatsApp access between sessions so support is there when you actually need it.
Therapy focuses on understanding and healing. Coaching focuses on present performance and future goals. My work combines both, using psychotherapy techniques to get to the root of the burnout and anxiety while applying executive coaching strategy to leadership and performance.
Most clients notice a shift within the first three weeks. Significant changes in leadership, decision-making and wellbeing typically emerge within two to three months. The deeper shift in how you carry pressure and lead takes around six months of consistent work. Most clients say they feel different after the first session. Not fixed. Just clearer.

The 3-month Elevate programme is £3,500 with payment plans available. The 12-month Elevate Premier is £10,000 with payment plans available. Both are usually fundable through employer L&D budgets.
All sessions are online via Zoom across the UK, Europe, UAE and USA. Nicola is based in Manchester and works with clients nationally and globally. Elevate Premier includes an in-person half day with lunch in Manchester or London. Between-session support is available via WhatsApp.
