I'm Nicola. I'm a psychotherapist and executive coach, and I specialise in executive burnout recovery and high-functioning anxiety for senior leaders and founders. The ones succeeding by every external measure while privately running out of road.
Most people who come to me have already tried coaching or therapy. Coaching gave them a framework they quietly filed away. Therapy helped them understand themselves better, but didn't touch the real-world pressure they were still walking back into every day.
That's the work. Clinical psychotherapy and executive coaching in the same space, so we don't just understand what's getting in the way. We actually shift it.

3 Weeks

2 to 3 Months
The people around you start to step up because you're finally letting them. You reclaim time and headspace. You start thinking about the things that actually matter instead of firefighting everything that lands in front of you.
