Most leadership development focuses on skills. I focus on what's driving behaviour underneath- the nervous system patterns, the decision fatigue, the quiet burnout nobody talks about in leadership meetings. That's what clinical training gives you. The ability to see what's really going on and work with it, not around it.

My approach blends clinical psychology with executive coaching. For senior leaders, that might mean building the presence and capacity to lead at scale without carrying everything alone. For teams, it's learning to manage pressure, communicate openly and collaborate with genuine trust.

How is your approach different from other leadership programmes?

Most programmes teach skills in isolation. I bring clinical psychology to corporate performance- which means we address the patterns actually driving behaviour, not just the surface-level symptoms. That's why the results last. I'm one of the few coaches who combines an MSc in Psychology and accredited psychotherapy training with executive coaching and Harvard leadership credentials.
