The Elevation Method

Your ADHD brain is wired for hyperfocus, creativity and big-picture thinking.

The distraction, inconsistency and exhaustion from working twice as hard? That is what makes success feel unsustainable.

This is not about fixing you. It is about learning to work with your brain instead of against it.

Clinical psychology meets executive strategy. Built for how your brain actually works.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You have ten ideas running simultaneously and cannot seem to finish any of them
  • You swing between hyperfocus and total shutdown with nothing in between
  • You procrastinate on things you care about while your brain tells you to start
  • You work harder than everyone around you and still feel behind
  • You know you are capable of more but cannot figure out why consistency feels impossible

Nothing has gone wrong with you.

Your brain is wired differently. And the systems, structures and expectations around you were built for a different kind of mind.

The Problem Is Not Your Ambition

You have the vision, the drive and the intelligence. What you are missing is a framework built for how your brain actually works.

Most coaching was designed for neurotypical brains. When those tools do not work for you, it is easy to conclude you are the problem. You are not.

With the right ADHD coaching support, ADHD stops being the obstacle. It becomes the advantage.

This blends clinical psychology, executive coaching and ADHD-specific tools to build focus, consistency and confidence, without suppressing the creativity and big-picture thinking that makes you exceptional.

What Makes This Different

Nicola Hladky ADHD coaching session online, clinical psychology and executive coaching combined

Generic coaches give you systems that work for everyone else.

Therapists help you understand your patterns without building what is next.

I give you both.

I go deep.

I am an accredited psychotherapist, specialist ADHD coach and EMCC-accredited executive coach. We work on the psychology underneath the patterns. Understanding why your brain does what it does changes everything.

And you get support when you actually need it.

ADHD does not wait for your next session. When you are spiralling or stuck, you need support now. Not in a fortnight.

That is exactly what this gives you.

"For years I thought ADHD meant I could not be consistent. Coaching gave me tools, accountability and a mindset shift that has helped me grow my career and feel in control."

Daniel G., Senior Manager

How This Works

Between Sessions

Unlimited WhatsApp access for real-time support.

Hitting a wall on a task? Voice note me. Feeling dysregulated before a big meeting? Message me. We work through it now, when it matters, not in a fortnight when the moment has passed.

In Sessions

Fortnightly 60-75 minute sessions. You bring what you are working through. We go deep. You leave with clarity and a plan that fits how your brain works.

Why This Works

You have probably tried systems before. They worked for a while and then they did not. Not because you failed them. Because they were not built for your brain.

This is built for your brain. That is the difference.

What Becomes Possible

Focus, not fragmentation

You direct your energy intentionally instead of watching it scatter across everything at once.

Consistency, not chaos

You build rhythms that stick because they are designed for how your brain works, not how someone else's does.

Confidence, not shame

You stop interpreting every missed deadline or unfinished task as evidence that something is wrong with you.

Calm, not reactivity

You lead without every setback sending you into overwhelm, shutdown or a spiral of self-criticism.

Strengths, not symptoms

Your hyperfocus, creativity and big-picture thinking become assets you can actually deploy with intention.

Impact without the crash

You scale what you are building without running yourself into the ground to prove you can keep up.

You stop fighting your brain. You start leading with it.

Real-time support when you need it most

ADHD does not wait for your next session. Spiralling before a presentation? Stuck on a task and cannot start? Message me. Get support in the moment, not two weeks later when the window has closed.

What is Access to Work?

Access to Work is a UK government grant scheme that can fund coaching and workplace support for people with a disability or health condition, including ADHD.

If you are employed and have an ADHD diagnosis, you may be eligible for funding that covers part or all of the programme cost. Find out more on the government website.

I only work with a small number of 1:1 clients at any time to ensure everyone receives the depth of support this work requires. Faster response times, resources tailored specifically to you, and the flexibility to support you when you need it most.

Meet Your Coach

Nicola Hladky, specialist ADHD coach, executive coach and psychotherapist

I am Nicola Hladky. Specialist ADHD coach, EMCC-accredited executive coach and accredited psychotherapist.

I work with high performers with ADHD who have built impressive careers but find the consistency, focus and follow-through exhausting to maintain.

I hold an MSc in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and specialist ADHD coaching training. I have worked clinically across the NHS, Metropolitan Police, Deloitte and KPMG.

I know what it is like when your brain works differently and you are constantly trying to keep up. The shame when things do not get finished. The exhaustion of working twice as hard just to appear like everyone else. The frustration of knowing you are capable of more and not being able to access it consistently.

My approach blends executive coaching with clinical psychology and ADHD-specific tools. We work on strategy and the deeper patterns that make everything harder. You get practical tools designed for how your brain works, plus the mindset shifts that make those tools actually stick.

You do not need fixing. You need the right framework.

"Working with Nicola completely changed the way I see my ADHD. Instead of fighting against it, I have learned how to use my energy and creativity as strengths. I am now more focused, less reactive, and have built routines that actually stick. My team has noticed the difference too."

FAQs

Is this coaching only for people with an ADHD diagnosis?+
Not necessarily. If you recognise the patterns described here, whether you have a formal diagnosis or not, this work can be valuable. That said, if you suspect you have ADHD but have not been assessed, exploring that alongside coaching is encouraged. A diagnosis can be a significant piece of the puzzle when it comes to understanding how your brain works.
What is ADHD coaching?+
ADHD coaching is a structured support process designed specifically for people with ADHD. Unlike general coaching, which assumes a neurotypical brain, ADHD coaching works with how the ADHD brain actually functions, addressing challenges like task initiation, time blindness, emotional dysregulation and inconsistency. Nicola's approach combines ADHD coaching with clinical psychology and executive coaching, addressing both the patterns and the psychology underneath them.
How is ADHD coaching different from general executive coaching?+
General executive coaching assumes a neurotypical brain. ADHD coaching is built around how your brain actually works. We address the specific challenges that come with ADHD: task initiation, time blindness, emotional dysregulation, inconsistency and the shame spiral that tends to follow. The tools we build are designed for your brain, not adapted from someone else's framework.
Can I use an Access to Work grant to fund ADHD coaching?+
Yes. Access to Work is a UK government grant scheme that can fund coaching and workplace support for people with a disability or health condition, including ADHD. Nicola accepts Access to Work funding. If you are employed and have an ADHD diagnosis, you may be eligible for funding that covers part or all of the programme cost. Visit gov.uk/access-to-work or speak to your employer's HR team to find out more about applying.
How much does ADHD coaching cost?+
The 6-month ADHD executive coaching programme is £3,500. Payment plans are available. Access to Work grants from the UK government can also be used to fund the programme, which may significantly reduce or cover the cost entirely for eligible individuals. Book an Elevation Call to discuss what is right for you.
What kind of results can I expect?+
Clients typically find they are more able to start and finish tasks, feel less overwhelmed and reactive under pressure, have greater confidence in their decision-making and lead more consistently without the boom-and-bust cycle. The most significant shift is usually internal: moving from fighting your brain to working with it.
Will this help with procrastination and overwhelm?+
Yes. Procrastination and overwhelm with ADHD are rarely about laziness or poor time management. They are often about dysregulation, task initiation difficulties or a mismatch between your environment and your brain. We work on the root cause, not just the symptom, which is why the changes tend to stick.
How is the coaching delivered?+
All sessions are online via Zoom. Fortnightly 60-75 minute sessions, plus unlimited WhatsApp support between sessions. The programme runs for 6 months and is available to clients across the UK, Europe and UAE.
What if I have tried lots of systems before and they did not work?+
That is exactly why you are here. Most systems were not built for ADHD brains. When they do not work, it is easy to conclude you are the problem. You are not. We build tools that fit how your brain actually works, which is a very different starting point. Clients who have tried everything and failed often find this is the first approach that actually sticks.
