Who is Rewired Leaders for?+
Rewired Leaders is for senior leaders, executives and managers carrying significant responsibility, who are ready to lead differently. If you're good at your job but not enjoying it the way you used to, if you feel isolated in the pressure you're under, or if nothing you've tried has actually shifted things, this is for you.
What is executive burnout recovery?+
Executive burnout recovery is the process of addressing the psychological patterns that develop after sustained high-level pressure, including how you think, make decisions and respond under load. Unlike general stress management, it works at the level of the underlying mechanism rather than just the symptoms. For senior leaders, burnout often presents as decision fatigue, difficulty switching off, high-functioning anxiety masked by performance, and a loss of enjoyment in work that previously felt purposeful. Recovery means building genuine capacity to lead under pressure, not just getting through the week.
What are the signs of executive burnout?+
Common signs include: decisions that take significantly longer than they used to, difficulty switching off outside working hours, waking at 3am with work-related thoughts, feeling disconnected from work that was previously motivating, increased irritability with colleagues or family, a sense of going through the motions rather than leading with intent, physical symptoms such as fatigue, headaches or disrupted sleep, and a persistent feeling that something has to give despite maintaining external performance. Many senior leaders experience this without recognising it because they continue to deliver results.
How is this different from regular coaching or therapy?+
Most coaching works at the level of behaviour and strategy. Therapy traditionally focuses on processing the past. Rewired Leaders works at the level of the patterns that are actively driving your experience right now, combining clinical psychotherapy with executive coaching in a way that is forward-focused and directly relevant to how you lead. Nicola Hladky is both an NCPS Registered Psychotherapist and an EMCC Accredited Executive Coach, which means the programme has clinical depth that most coaching programmes do not, and practical application that most therapy does not.
How long does burnout recovery take?+
Recovery varies depending on how long the pattern has been established and how depleted someone is. Many leaders notice meaningful shifts within the first two to three weeks of structured work. The Rewired Leaders programme is designed as a focused six-week starting point, with the option to continue through 1:1 coaching or the Alumni community for those who want to go further.
How much time does it require?+
A 30-minute 1:1 session with Nicola at the start of the programme. Each week after that: a 20-30 minute audio drop with workbook, and a 60-minute live group session. Plus time in the community, as much or as little as you choose. This is designed around real schedules, not around filling a diary.
What if I can't make a live session?+
All sessions are recorded and available in the community space. You won't miss anything. The live sessions are where the real work happens, so we encourage you to be there, but life happens and you're covered if you can't.
When does it start and how do I join?+
